Field Service Technicians

Job Description:  

Service Technician with high mechanical aptitude, trouble-shooting skills, and people skills to perform various repairs and service on commercial cleaning equipment. This position includes both shop and field service time.

 
Duties: 

• Troubleshooting / diagnosing customer’s equipment (in-house or at customer locations).
• Explaining problems with equipment to the customer and getting customer’s approval for repairs.
• Completing approved repairs and maintaining in-house service tickets.

Desired Attributes: 

• AC single-phase, three-phase, and DC electricity
• Small engines and electrical motor drive systems
• Diesel-fired and natural gas burner systems
• Positive displacement and centrifugal water pumps
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• A good attitude and a willingness to learn!

This is a full-time position with benefits of health care, paid vacation and recognized company holidays.

On-the-job training is provided; however, experience involving electricity, burner systems, small engines, and plumbing are beneficial.

As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a good driving record is needed.

Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

The Delivery Driver will work side-by-side with our Service Scheduler to ensure complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to the company’s customers. Other warehouse duties as assigned by the Service Department Manager.

Duties

• Responsible for delivery of equipment and cleaning chemicals to customers.
• Maintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received.
• Prepare truck for operation by loading, securing, and verifying the accuracy of items to be shipped.
• Increase customer satisfaction by collecting information, feedback on service, and resolving complaints per company policy.
• Assist in taking company vehicles for maintenance.
• Operate a fork-lift
• Other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Desired Attributes

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely without assistance.
• Lift, bend, stand and squat safely.
• Read and write clearly in English.
• Ability to multi-task, work within a team environment, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
